i do this to get me a good 1-2 punch at WR

I think Morgan with his size is gonna be a very good WR and a 2nd rd pick in the NFL is big loss for me

I lose Smith who seemed to find himslef last year and is becoming a better NFL QB (maybe not a #1 type of QB but a good one)

I accept and will be in search of an avg QB in the coming days.

I accept i am leaving on vacation and i wanted to get this posted before i go.... it hurts giving up fitz but i feel i got good value for him and this helps my team b/c i dont have a solid qb and smith will do good with 3 wrs in morgan,crabtree, and ginn

hmm. a top 5 fantasy WR - and ur giving him away for a bust number 1 overall pick who is nothin more than mediocre and has no job security. And hes a FA after this yr. Morgan - came around a little last yr, but doesnt even compare to Fitz. 2nd rd isnt enough to cut the difference. VETO

this is an interesting move. im still a believer that Smith can turn it around but i dont know. he does have craptree which helps a little, but is his other recievers enough? also, he needs to throw less picks. Morgan is a decent role player who has a high ceiling if he can get the oppurtunity, but he hasnt proven that yet. If ARZ didnt give up a pick i would approve, but Fitzgerald is worth more i believe. He is the 2nd best WR imo in the game. Im sorry, but i have to veto

Mets maybe you shudnt try to do a trade in the 5 minutes that you were here before you had to go away cause i dont think you thought this one through, Smith sucks and will lose his job AGAIN, next year to someone, ANYONE, Fitz is a beast even with a horrible QB throwing to him he will still put up great numbers, sorry VETO

God this trade is stupid as hell. In no way should this have even been agreed too.

Larry is the best Wide receiver in the fucking league, no doubt. The only way i would even think about approving it is "is Matt really going to kill Fitzgerald's stats and talent cause he is the QB now instead of Kurt?". Larry's stats make take a drop but he will still be top 5 in the league this season, cause he is an amazing talent (he got third in heismen voting in 2004 for christ sake).

To trade him for a QB that will be decent but will never reach his number 1 pick status and for a roleplayer and second round pick is stupid. I honestly believe that Fitz would cost another top 10 receiver AND then more. and why is 49ers getting a 5th rounder too?
